Let's start with a Consultation

A free complimentary consultation at your convenience to discuss food allergies, likes and dislikes, health concerns, what is expected from your personal chef, and the most important part...the menu.  Nutrition is important to me so I will give you a copy of  my Healthiest Foods on Earth Summary at our consultation.   


On Cooking Day

I arrive in the morning to your home with my own cooking tools, cooler filled with groceries, my own pantry of spices and seasonings and my cleaning supplies.  I'll spend  4-6 hours preparing your meals and will package and label your meals with heating instructions.  All food will be left in the refrigerator or freezer. 

Clean-Up

When I am done, I will leave your kitchen SPOTLESS.   I really clean well after I cook to make sure your kitchen is in excellent condition when you arrive home.

Personal Chef Fees

This all inclusive price includes your consultation, menu planning, grocery shopping, groceries, cooking, packaging, labeling with heating instructions and clean-up.

4-6 portions 

5 entrees and 5 sides to compliment the meal OR 8 entrees no sides

4 entrees and 4sides OR 6 entrees no sides

4-6 portions

3 entrees and 3 sides OR 4 entrees no sides

$280.00

I chef on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly basis, or as needed basis.  Let me know what works for you and your family.

SHARE-A-CHEF fees

$110 per family includes 3 entrees serving 4-6 people.  (Limited Menu)

COOKING WITH A COACH fees

Just $80 per person and host pays the cost of groceries.  (minimum 3 people)

Mise En Place Dinner Parties  
Dinner Parties are easy when all you need to do is warm the food and serve.  I will come to your home before your party to prepare your food and store it in your own serving dishes so all you need to do is warm and serve.   It will look like you prepared the dinner yourself!    (shhh... it will be our secret)

   
Dinner Party Fees are a Fee plus Grocery charge.  Fee's depend upon number of people and number of courses.  Please call to discuss. 

Gift Certificates
 Gift Certificates are available for the new mother, a recovering patient, or as a nice gift to someone who is too busy to cook or doesn't like to cook.

                                   A little about Chef Lisa...Dinner Management. 

Lisa has been a personal chef and member United States Personal Chefs Association formerly Personal Chefs Network since January, 2005.  Some of my clients have been with me since I started cheffing in 2005.  I am a self taught cook taking classes along the way and enjoy cooking everyday dinners for families.  My new service, Cooking With A Coach, is meant for all cooking levels and designed to help motivate you in the kitchen.

I started Dinner Management in 2005 because, as a working Mom, I know how difficult it is to get a nutritious meal on the table and also have time for other family obligations. That's why I decided to help others manage their dinner hour. The goal of Dinner Management is to provide a meal plan to suit your family's particular tastes, and special needs allowing you more time for your family, career, or just relaxing.
